Don't sleep on this @familydollar deal! Food Stamp users this may be a good one!!

UPDATE: Sunday June 9th-- I went to try the deal-- cause it didn't work for me and wanted to let you know that all the deals in the ad-- are working-- the FUDGE Brownies is not working.
I know many of you don't do the Family Dollar deals-- and I can't say that I do alot
of them, but when a few come by that are good-- you should stop, do the math
and see if indeed this is
something you should check out.  Family Dollars now has the DOLLARS
kind of like CVS RiteAid & Walgreens.
Right now there is a pretty good Brownie deal-- it will def
cause some folks to clear the shelves-- so don't blame me, cause I
am not a brownie kind of chick-- so if I pick up some it will just be a few--
Here is the deal with NO COUPONS needed to make it happen.

OK so here is the link to all the DOLLAR back deals (these deals are still working)
and here is
the math on the BROWNIE scenario--
prices may be different
from City to City-- so don't get mad at me--

General Mills deal- $1.80 a box x 3 boxes = $5.40 (in York
County we don't pay tax on food)- so you will pay $5.40
and then when you receipt prints you will have $5 in
FD DOLLARS. You can go get more brownies or
other items. Some folks have coupons for this---
it just depends!

If someone receives FOOD Stamps this may be a great deal--
(not to hoard)-- but b/c other GM
products are included-- if indeed you really use your FOOD
stamps for what you need to this could be a great way to use
your food stamps for GM products (cereals, snacks etc.) and
use the FD Dollars to pay for the non food items you
need like cleaners and paper products that you have coupons towards!!!

REMEMBER you only need to do one per transaction--

@Facebook Dear John letter-- don't leave it open if you are cheating? Oh yeah and great new coupond!

Great new coupons by category.
Hormel & Lloyd's
Beauty + Feminine Product
Right Guard
Beverages (Caffeine + What-Not)
Pasta + Sauce
Cleaning + Odor Removal
Pet Treats + Suppplies

This deal starts on tomorrow at @riteaid spend $50 on the card and get $10-- Father's Day or just YOU!

Now anytime a deal like this one comes up I always jump on it-- now if you don't shop at HOME IMPROVEMENT stores-- it may not be feasible for your family.  Don't jump on any band wagon that you can't drive yourself--

Now with it being Father's Day you may even be able to get some stuff done around the house that you wanted done-- with this card.  Here is how it works!!! (NOT JUST HOME DEPOT-- read all the details)

You purchase the card at Rite Aid and pay $50-- then you turn around and get $10 back in Rite Aid money to buy other stuff in the store that you probably need anyway!! Hmm sounds like a good deal to me.  Limit 2 per Rite Aid card!!! So if you have to buy two you spend $100 and get back $20.  Notice I said you spend $100.  I dont' think you can spend the $10 RiteAid money towards the 2nd one, but if you can then you just spend $90---

I am buying these to keep around the house for the next -- need from Home Improvement store.  notice you can use it at  valid at Home Depot, Sears, Ace, True Value, Lowes, Orchard Supply, Menards, Northern Tool & Equipment, Restoration Hardware, Tractor Supply Stores, Lumber Liquidators, Do It Best, 84 Lumber, United Hardware, Aubuchon Hardware, Handy Hardware, Harbor Freight, Sherwin Williams, Kelly Moore, Dunn Edwards, Benjamin Moore--- wow--

More information on the card

Buying coupons?? Is it really worth it? A few sources I use

I know lots of you like to have short cuts and some are even willing to pay the cost if it is worth it--- Some of you haven't been couponing long and some have been for right up there at 15 years with me and some even more!!! I know-- yep even more!

Anyway I always tell you about the opportunity to purchase coupons (NO I DON'T sell them)-- there are only a few places that I trust, but sometimes my GOTO seller doesn't always have the ones I want so I will go to another option.  Here are a few options.

Remember you only want to buy coupons after you have tried all other avenues of getting the same coupons-- and of course be sure you have COUNTED up the COST to be the BOSS!-- It isn't always worth buying coupons, but many times it can start a good stockpile. singles-- she has lots of specials all you have to do is ASK! her coupons are in sets of 20 singles

Great example:

Product that you use daily is on sale for $1 and the coupon that you have in your paper makes it free.  The expiration date is 2 months away and the price is set for next 2 weeks.  Well if you only have one paper you onlyl have one coupon and you will only get one free product.  If you want to stockpile 10 items or so (pre order-- don't clear the shelves)-- the coupon cost .10c you spend $1 plus shipping-- that scenario is worth it to me!!

Had to share this-- if you don't have a PRIMARY care-- physician think about this one-

I had to share this with you guys-- I know it isn't COUPON related, but ya'll know we are so much more than just COUPONS!!! Today I wasn't feeling well-- and I really knew what it was, but didn't really want to succumb to it!! You know if you just don't get a doctor to tell you what it is-- you are ok....right?  Anyway.  I have a primary physician, but it isn't always easy to get an appointment--- so I popped into Agape Primary Care on Ebenezer (I have been seen here before, but hadn't really planted my feet here for anything serious).  I went in and it was lunch time-- no stress.  The MOA; Aisha dropped her lunch and asked what she could do for me.  I told her my symptoms and she said let me see what we have available- Low and behold she said go ahead and have a seat--   Not 10 minutes later; she had my information done took me in a room did my weight, blood pressure and all that and voila the doctor comes in the room.

Can you believe he actually took the time to have a CONVERSATION!!! Not just stethoscope scribbble and poof gone.  He sat we chatted, he wrote notes, he asked questions and he wasn't rushed at all.  He came up with the same DIAGNOSIS that I knew I had and I was all done!!    Thanks Dr. Sohner-

So while at the desk to exit-- I was reading over the materials.  They are ACCEPTING new patients and if you don't have insurance you can still come for $75 (I thank God I have insurance)!!!  Of course labs and all that when they send you out are billed by another company, but it is pretty hard to get in some docs without insurance!!!  Share if you like!!!

@cheerios does your heart good-- uh RACIST commercial-seriously? God will do your heart better!

What year is this again?  This cute little girl-- has become the center for some serious controversy-- yep you read it right!!! When you have time watch the video here. YOU TUBE had to REMOVE comments because they had gotten to BAD-- Cheerios-- what were you thinking?  I mean there aren't any interacial couples anywhere but on TV!!! (in my smart alick voice)--
Are you serious people-- I thought this commercial was cute.  I had my youngest watch-- he giggled and then I asked him why do you think people would be fussing about this commercial-- it took him a few guesses before he said IT!  We have some a RAINBOW of people in our family that-- the commercial looks more like our family vs maybe another--- I just want to say-- if you believe in HEAVEN-- you do realize that it will NOT be segregated!  Get your HEART right with CHEERIOS & GOD!!

I can't even list all the "non" black folks-- in my family b/c there are so many. Get over yourself people and get with the TIMES!!!
Oh and let me be clear-- I don't even like CHEERIOS-- but love this commercial!

SHOULD we protest WALMART-- employees are part of WORKING poor-- your thoughts? @MHarryPerry

On the way home mama calls me--she was watching Melissa Harris Perry on msnbc-- she loves her-- anyway.  The topic today was the BILLIONS that WALMART makes and how the employees reap NONE of the benefits.  In other words a large percentage of employees at WALMART are considered a part of the WORKING poor-- in other words they still have to receive government subsidies to survive while working everyday.

Everyday low prices fuel everyday low wagesSome people have decided to PROTEST and STOP shopping in the stores-- what do you think?  They said sure-- Wally World brings in jobs, but are they paying the employees what they are worth?  do the employees reap the benefits from the top?  One employee said they have worked there for over 9 years and still make less than $10hr.  Is that Walmarts fault? Or should the employee move on in life and work elsewhere?

Do, us as shoppers have any SAY SO in it all? Target pays employees a little more (they say)-- I don't know-- I have never worked at either of these places-- Anyone work there want to chime in.

I see the new commercials that WALMART has started running-- showing people move up in the stores, showing higher income shoppers--

What do you think? Do we support USA when we shop WALMART?
